Shipping for Domestic & International Customers:

Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we will send you an email informing you that your order has been processed and dispatched. From payment clearing you should receive your items within 3-10 working days (within the continental USA) & 7-15 working days (Internationally).

Snug Jugs provides free shipping for orders over $100 dispatching via USPS. See table below for shipping costs on orders under $100.

Parcels delivered to an address with no one onsite cannot be left. A collection note will be left informing you how to receive your parcel. Once delivery has been attempted, the customer must contact the delivery company to discuss collection. If parcels are returned to Snug Jugs due to non-collection or failed delivery – Snug Jugs reserves the right to charge a $10.00 re-delivery fee.
