ONLINE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully. We are not legally obligated to give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection.

If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind or made the wrong selection, we will exchange an item for a credit note provided that:

1.     You must indicate your intention to exchange/return within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please contact info@snugjugs.com with details of return;

2.    You return the item back to us within 7 days from the date you received the item;

3.    Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed along with a copy of your Paypal receipt. We also accept bank statements with transaction as proof of purchase. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Snug Jugs reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in its original condition;

Please note we have a high turnover of stock, so we cannot guarantee we will have an alternate size available in the same style. To assist with this, please contact us and return the item to us ASAP.

Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size (same style), we will offer free outward shipping (USA customers only) for your first exchange. If the same item is no longer available, a credit note (valid for 8 weeks) for snugjugs.com will be issued.
 Original shipping costs will not be credited unless the item is faulty. 

Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative Snug Jugs, you will be required to pay for the cost of shipping (which is $7.95 with USPS).

All returns & exchanges must be authorised by Snug Jugs. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us at info@snugjugs.com

 

RETURN TO SNUG JUGS

Please post your items to Snug Jugs at the address below. Remember to email info@snugjugs.com first to authorise this return. Please include the Paypal receipt and ensure the garment is in its original condition. If entitled to a refund due to a faulty garment, you will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

Credit notes will be for the amount paid for item.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in our garments.

Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.

You (the customer) are entitled to a refund if the item is:

Faulty or has a manufacturing fault;

Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;

You must return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Snug Jugs with proof of purchase being your Snug Jugs  Paypal receipt or bank statement. If you do return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.

Snug Jugs reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

In the event of a faulty item, you will be offered a refund, exchange or credit note.

All sale and promotional items are final sales. We do not offer exchanges on these items. This includes discount code sales issued via social media.
