Where do I enter my 'Discount Code' upon checkout?
There are a couple of stages to the checkout process. Once you have entered your Paypal or Credit Card information you will be directed back to the Snug Jugs website where you will be asked to 'Apply' your 'Discount Code'. Once this code is entered your total on the far right of the screen should have amended accordingly. Once this has been done you select the 'Complete My Purchase' button at the bottom of the screen to complete the transaction. It is only at this final point that your card will be charged.

Does the new sleeved Snug Jugs use the same sizing as the sleeveless Snug Jugs?
No it varies marginally so make sure you check the sizing guide Size Chart
My Snug Jugs skirt seems quite stiff. Will it soften?
Yes, your Snug Jugs will soften over time with each wash and wear.
Why cant I select a certain size to add to my cart?
When I select a particular size Snug Jugs, the 'Add to Cart' button does not allow me to continue. This is because the particular Snug Jugs you have selected has sold out.
Care instructions are located on the inside skirt of the Snug Jugs. We recommend a cold machine wash with similar colours. These are not complete instructions; please refer to the individual garments for specific instructions.
Payment types do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses Shopify Payments & PayPal for payments, and they automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How do I know my size in nursing clothes?
Snug Jugs sizing is based on your bust only. The skirt of the Snug Jugs is 'one size fits all, even for the duration of pregnancy (unless you are expecting twins). For detailed sizing information visit our Size Chart here.
Do you have a gift wrapping service?
Yes we do. If you would like your Snug Jugs gift wrapped for delivery, just select the option upon check out.
Do you have retail stores?
Snug Jugs is an online store only, however we do occasionally visit various markets. To find out more about which markets we will be at check out visit us at the markets
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do. You can select gift vouchers and add to your shopping cart in each category. If you have any issues, just email info@snugjugs.com and someone lovely will get back to you as soon as possible.
What currency is used on the site?
All merchandise is priced in United States dollars (USD). To convert the price to your approximate local currency, visit www.XE.com
Do you accept international orders?
We sure do - and to virtually every country in the world. Add an item to your cart and in the shipping section select your country from the drop-down menu.
How is the price calculated for orders outside of the United States?
All prices in our shop are in United States dollars (USD). When you place your order you'll see a total in USD. If you pay by credit card, your card company will convert the USD total to your local currency at the exchange rate that applies when your order is processed. Your credit card company may also charge additional fees for the international purchase - contact them directly for more information on this.
